Cancellation Policy

A refund of the registration fee (less a $100 processing fee) will be granted if cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the event date. Subsequent cancellations received before the date of the program may be issued an HFMA National credit certificate (less the processing fee), good toward any future HFMA National educational programs or select products. Substitutions are permitted. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax to (708) 531-0665 or by mail.
