About the Program

The HFMA Annual Conference is the industry’s premier event for hands-on learning, where executives from across the nation gather to solve complex issues, interact with peers and industry leaders, and make a difference in your organization. This is where you’ll engage in conversations that are inspirational, collaborative, and solutions-driven.

Your learning journey includes conference workshops, keynote sessions, and roundtable or case study breakout sessions in eight content areas. The program format has also been redesigned to offer two types of learning paths:

  • Cohort—where you will spend the entire day exploring, discussing, and obtaining insight into a single topic
  • Freestyle—where you can move as you wish from session to session across presentation topic or styles throughout the day

Within the Exhibit Hall, attendees will be able to explore solutions that help improve results and move the industry forward. New this year, attendees and business partners can participate in Executive Connection Meetings. These are pre-set meetings that match attendees with exhibitors who have solutions to their most pressing issues. Also new this year, the Exhibit Hall will feature the Career Connection Experience, which includes interview strategy sessions, executive coaching, career builder opportunities, job board assistance, and headshot opportunities, and the Innovation Hub showcasing healthcare start-ups and other innovative products.
