Executive attendees from provider organizations are signing up to participate in 15-minute meetings with Executive Connection Sponsors. Each provider participant will be required to meet with five participating sponsors. The Executive Connection meetings will be held in the sponsor’s booth on the exhibit show floor during exhibit hall hours on June 25–26.

Scheduling will be done through the HFMA Annual Conference mobile app where both providers and sponsors can choose who they would like to meet with.

Each 10' x 10' (100 Sq. Ft.) booth is allowed 3 complimentary booth badges and 1 discounted full conference registration.

Housing and Registration

HOUSING PIRATES: Housing Pirating is a practice carried out by third-party companies that act as agents to solicit registrants for room reservations. The "Pirates" might inform registrants that they have secured the best possible rate, or that the room block is "sold out" and that if you do not book with them immediately, you may not get a room. Additional deceptive tactics include distributing forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by HFMA.

Housing Pirates often don't deliver on promises to customers. When customers arrive, reservations are non-existent. Sometimes the rooms have been cancelled and hefty cancellation fees have been placed on the customer's credit card. Don't be misled! And remember, unless you have initiated the communication, please do not provide anyone with your personal information, especially your credit card number.

Be sure to attend the opening reception on Sunday evening from 6:00–8:00 p.m. This year exhibitors who participate in the Executive Connection meetings also are invited to attend the Tuesday evening party starting at 6:00 p.m. The Executive Connection meetings are 15-minute meetings between executive attendees and exhibitors at their booths pre-set by HFMA. Attendees are polled about their needs and matched with exhibitors according to their solutions that meet those needs to ensure meaningful meetings. 
The attendee mailing list is available to purchase. The order form will be included in the service kit. The list does not include email, phone, or fax numbers. 
There is a special educational session just for exhibitors on Sunday afternoon. HFMA leads a discussion with CFOs to benefit exhibitors plus HFMA offers insights into future conferences. You shouldn’t miss this year’s inspirational and relevant keynote speakers. The Sunday evening opening reception from 6-8 is for everyone. It is a great way to kick off the conference and meet new and old friends. Join us in the Exhibit Hall D following the Sunday keynote session for food and drink and lively conversation. One of the exciting new ways to connect is through Executive Connection meetings in the Exhibit Hall. Become a sponsor of these meetings and attendees will be matched with you as a solution provider based on specific challenges they are facing. 

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Log in to the Exhibitor Console using the password found in your confirmation email.
  2. Then select "Confirm Your Exhibitor Profile Here".
  3. Verify your company information is what you want printed.
  4. Add a 50 word description. 
  5. Select your categories.
  6. Hit the Save button on the bottom of the screen.

The booth personnel badges allow entrance into the exhibit hall, Sunday evening Opening Reception and General Sessions. Exhibitors from companies that participate in the Executive Connection meetings also are invited to the Tuesday All Show party. 

The industry continues to evolve, and while the heart of who we are remains the same, so must we.  Our loyal, long - time members and attendees know and trust the acronym ANI, but those unfamiliar with the history of the event need more. With help and input from our members and association volunteer leaders, we’ve decided to change our  name from ANI (Annual National Institute) to Annual Conference. The name change is also a reflection that our new Annual Conference will be different in many ways from years past.
