All lunches, breaks, early riser sessions and several concurrent sessions will be hosted in HFMA Central. In addition, all Executive Connection meetings will take place in HFMA Central.

HFMA Central is the place to be to connect and network.

There is a special session just for exhibitors on Sunday afternoon, where exhibitors will hear from several CFOs, from healthcare providers, and have the opportunity to participate in an interactive discussion and Q&A session. In addition, information about HFMA's future conferences will be shared.

The Sunday opening reception from 5 - 7 PM  and the Monday recption from 5:30 - 7 PM will be held in HFMA Central (includes exhibits and more) and is for everyone. These are great events to meet new and old friends.

You shouldn’t miss this year’s inspirational and relevant keynote speakers on Monday and Tuesday morning and at Wednesday's closing session.

Executive Connection meetings will take place during lunch hours on Monday and Tuesday.

HFMA Central has extended hours to encourage more connecting and networking. Check the Schedule at a Glance on the Program page to see the hours. All receptions, lunches, early riser sessions and several concurrent education sessions will be hosted in HFMA Central.

Join us in HFMA Central (includes exhibits and more) on Sunday from 5:00–7:00 PM, for food, drink and lively conversation. Everyone is invited and it is a great way to kick off the conference and meet new and old friends. We will also have several locations within HFMA Central where you can connect with other attendees interested in coordinating group dinners at one of the many great restaurants in the Orlando area.

Come back to HFMA Central on Monday from 5:30 - 7:00 PM, for refreshments and exploration. Everyone is invited. Again, we will have several locations within HFMA Central where you can connect with other attendees interested in coordinating group dinners at one of the many great restaurants in the Orlando area.

The attendee mailing list is available to purchase. The order form will be included in the service kit. The list does not include email, phone, or fax numbers. 

Housing and Registration

HOUSING PIRATES: Housing Pirating is a practice carried out by third-party companies that act as agents to solicit registrants for room reservations. The "Pirates" might inform registrants that they have secured the best possible rate, or that the room block is "sold out" and that if you do not book with them immediately, you may not get a room. Additional deceptive tactics include distributing forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by HFMA.

Housing Pirates often don't deliver on promises to customers. When customers arrive, reservations are non-existent. Sometimes the rooms have been cancelled and hefty cancellation fees have been placed on the customer's credit card. Don't be misled! And remember, unless you have initiated the communication, please do not provide anyone with your personal information, especially your credit card number.

You can visit our Concierge Desk located inside HFMA Central (includes exhibits and more), the HFMA booth is also in HFMA Central, or our Registration area is located adjacent to HFMA Central, where HFMA staff will answer any questions you may have.
