There are twelve conference tracks/content areas you can choose from and two ways to build your agenda. One way is to choose to attend one of two cohort topics on Monday or Tuesday, and spend the entire day exploring, discussing, and obtaining insight into a single topic.

We have incorporated three-hour deeper dive Conference Workshops into the program - they are not considered "pre-conference" sessions and are included in the full conference or two-day Sunday/Monday registration. 

Workshops will be held on Sunday, June 23, from 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM. Sign up and reserve your seat to a Conference Workshop during the registration process.

The Healthcare Financial Management Association Educational Foundation is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. HFMA Central is a new, all-in-one space designed to inspire natural conversations and keep the community together. It’s walkable. It’s convenient. It’s focused on providing productive learning, networking, and professional development experiences. Exhibits, along with many other Annual Conference experiences will all be held in this space.

Experient is the only Official Housing Provider for the HFMA Annual Conference 2019. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Experient is not approved by HFMA. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to HFMA or Experient.

HOUSING PIRATES: Housing Pirating is a practice carried out by third-party companies that act as agents to solicit registrants for room reservations. The "Pirates" might inform registrants that they have secured the best possible rate, or that the room block is "sold out" and that if you do not book with them immediately, you may not get a room. Additional deceptive tactics include distributing forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by HFMA.

Housing Pirates often don't deliver on promises to customers. When customers arrive, reservations are non-existent. Sometimes the rooms have been cancelled and hefty cancellation fees have been placed on the customer's credit card. Don't be misled! And remember, unless you have initiated the communication, please do not provide anyone with your personal information, especially your credit card number.
