Chris has worked on numerous managed care contracting strategy/negotiations, revenue at risk/margin management, pricing and payment model, ACO, payer-provider alliances, hospital-physician alignment and hospital turnaround initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has personal negotiated over 300 payer contracts with national and regional payers and has worked and advised clients on over 1,000 payer contracts included related strategies and tactics. With respect to reimbursement benchmarking projects, he has lead commercial rate benchmarking and pricing strategy engagements for over 90 hospitals.
Chris is a long-time HFMA member; a former Chapter President of HFMA of Western New York; a frequent presenter for various HFMA chapters and a past multiple ANI presenter; a recipient of various HFMA awards and had two articles published in hfm Magazine in 2017.
