In this role, Chris served as the lead on prioritization and governance processes for demand projects from Population Health, QSV, and other areas. His efforts included assembling project plans and managing, facilitating and leading their execution through the end-to-end project life cycle. He also leveraged data analytics and metrics to oversee systematic improvements to EMR utilization, as well as collaborated with all teams across the Partners eCare team. Christopher received his MBA from Simmons University, and has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
