Keith recently joined HFMA and serves as the association’s Director of Marketing and Membership Experience. He and his team work on all facets of recruiting and retaining members for the organization, member research, and supporting the marketing of HFMA’s products and resources.
During his career, Keith has built high-performance marketing and sales teams for both for-profit companies and membership associations, and was most recently the chief marketing officer and vice president of education for cardiovascular specialty company Healthworks, Inc. Previously, Keith was director of corporate relations at EDUCAUSE, and vice president of marketing for the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.
A member of the American Marketing Association, Keith earned his B.A. in Broadcasting Communications from the State University of New York, College at Oswego, and his M.B.A. in marketing from Bentley University. He also holds an MA in arts/nonprofit administration from Baltimore's Goucher College.
