June 24 & 26
July 15 & 17

Healthcare providers and their colleagues on the front lines are focusing their energies on navigating challenges presented by COVID-19. HFMA has been closely monitoring WHO and CDC guidelines as well as stay-at-home orders in the state of Texas and beyond. Many states and counties have continued to extend stay-at-home and social distancing recommendations. To avoid inconvenience for exhibitors and attendees who are actively planning for the June conference, and due to uncertainties in the next several months, HFMA believes it is in the best interest of our members, faculty and business partners to cancel this in-person event.

We want to thank you for your support of HFMA and the HFMA Annual Conference. We ask all attendees to consider requesting an account credit that may be used toward membership or a future live event. The credit dollars never expire but must be used by you. However; we understand if financial hardships in the current environment necessitate a refund request, which HFMA will honor. If you were a paid Annual Conference attendee, please reference the email you received to access the link required to make your selection.

Yes, and on behalf of the entire HFMA staff, thank you for your support. If you were a paid Annual Conference attendee, please reference the email you received to access the link required to make your selection.
If you made your hotel reservation through the official housing block, HFMA will cancel your hotel reservation on your behalf.
HFMA recommends booking refundable tickets. At the present time, nearly all major carriers are providing flight changes with fee waivers and credit to apply to future travel.
We are reimagining the 2020 event as a virtual experience. The HFMA education team is already at work assembling a timely session lineup, and all HFMA members will be able to attend and earn CPEs at no charge. More details will be released in the coming weeks.
The HFMA education team is working with speakers to provide some Annual Conference education online, which would be CPE eligible. We will post more information on this site as it becomes available. In addition, we recommend upcoming live webinars, virtual conferences and live events planned for the fall including the Revenue Cycle Conference, Thought Leadership Retreat and Financial Sustainability Summit. More information is available at hfma.org/events
The rescheduled Revenue Cycle Conference and Financial Sustainability Summit are proceeding as planned for later this year. HFMA’s Thought Leadership Retreat also will take place as planned.
